A. Reheat in 100°C boiling water for 15 minutes with the vacuum sealer bag after defrosting/ reheat for 20-25 minutes under frozen condition. OR
B. Open the packing and reheat the food in microwave oven (heating time may vary due to different microwave power levels).
If the food is kept frozen below -18°C, reheat in the microwave oven (1250W) for around 14-16 minutes; the food is kept at 0-4°C, reheat in the microwave oven (1250W) for around 8-10 minutes. The actual reheating time depends upon the wattage of the microwave.
